Made to Order paintings ship between 3-5 weeks from the date the order was placed. Please allow extra time for oversized pieces ( anything over 48x60)
If you want a photo for approval prior shipping for your Made to Order piece please contact me after the order is placed
All paintings are sent with FedEx or USPS. Please make sure to have your correct mailing address when checking out with papal. A phone number is required for shipping purpose only.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is mailed
International buyers: You are responsible for any Custom/Duty related fees
Returns and Exchanges
I stand behind everything I create. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a replacement or a full refund. I am a full time independent artist, working with designers, home staging companies, residential and commercial customers. Everything is hand-painted in my Florida studio. I am not a factory, not a business importing paintings from overseas. Everything is hand-painted by me, made in USA.
I want happy customers. If , for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days from delivery for return instructions.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
You will get a full refund once the painting was delivered back to me.
In the event the painting gets damaged in transit, please contact me immediately to make arrangements for the painting to be returned to me. Paintings are insured at fully value.
