Production & Processing
Ready-to-ship artwork typically ships within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order artwork typically requires 3–5 weeks for production before shipping. Larger or more complex pieces may require additional time.
Production times may vary depending on the size, number of pieces ordered, and complexity of the artwork.
If you would like a photo of your made-to-order artwork prior to shipment, please contact us after placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped using a trusted carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your artwork has shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. A phone number may be required by the carrier for delivery.
Oversized artwork may require additional handling, shipping time, or specialized delivery arrangements.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to feel confident when purchasing original artwork from Modern Art Home Decor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Returns
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and received in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Damaged Artwork
Every piece is carefully packaged for shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.
Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork
Because custom and personalized artwork is created specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes to a custom order may only be possible before production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
