Meet Ada & Adriana
Two Names. Two Creative Worlds. One Lifelong Passion.
I'm an artist at heart and a designer by profession.
With over 20 years of experience as a professional painter and a background in fine arts, interior design, and high-end furniture, I've built my creative life around one passion: making spaces beautiful.
In the art world, I'm Ada. In the furniture and design world, I'm Adriana.
Modern Art Home Decor is where my two worlds meet.
Where My Story Begins
My love for art began when I was just three years old, painting alongside my grandfather.
A priest by profession, he was also a musician and a painter at heart. He painted simply for the joy of creating, and those early moments with him introduced me to a world of color, imagination, and artistic expression that would shape my future.
That passion led me to attend a fine arts high school, followed by college studies in art and interior design.
For more than 20 years, painting was my full-time profession. During my years in Chicago, I also managed an art gallery, gaining valuable experience working with artwork, collectors, and the world of fine art.
When I moved to Sarasota, Florida, I began bringing my two passions together, continuing to create original paintings while taking on interior decorating projects.
Following the COVID pandemic, my professional journey evolved once again when I transitioned into a full-time design consultant role in the furniture industry.
But painting never stopped being part of who I am.
Today, I continue creating original artwork, accepting custom commissions, and helping clients bring their interiors to life.
MODERN ART | Meet Ada, the Artist
In the art world, I'm known as Ada.
My paintings are an expression of movement, emotion, color, and individuality. From bold contemporary abstracts to custom pieces created for specific spaces, I believe original art should be as unique as the people who live with it.
Every original painting is personally created by me, from the first brushstroke to the finishing touches.
Behind Modern Art Home Decor is an independent artist, not a factory.
When you purchase one of my original paintings, you're purchasing something created with my own hands, experience, and artistic vision.
For custom commissions, I work directly with clients to create artwork that complements their space while maintaining its own unique character.
Let's Create Something Beautiful Together
Whether you're searching for an original piece of art, envisioning a custom painting, or looking to bring new life to your home, I'd love to help.
I believe beautiful spaces should tell a story — your story.
From the artwork on your walls to the details that make a house feel like home, my passion is helping you create something uniquely yours.
Based in Sarasota, Florida, I also offer interior decorating and design consultation services to local clients throughout Sarasota, Manatee County, Tampa, and surrounding communities. Whether you're refreshing a single room or reimagining your living space, I'd love to hear about your project.
Let's bring your vision to life.
