AFTERGLOW is a one-of-a-kind original abstract painting filled with luminous color, expressive movement and unexpected contrast.
Layers of pink, yellow, lime green, orange and red move through areas of soft white and pale blue, interrupted by bold black gestures that give the composition structure and depth. Drips, palette-knife marks and layered brushwork reveal the hand of the artist, while the expansive lighter areas keep the piece feeling open and balanced.
There is an almost atmospheric quality to Afterglow—a suggestion of light reflecting across a distant horizon without becoming a literal landscape.
At 30" × 40", its vertical format makes it especially versatile for an entryway, above a console, in a dining room, bedroom, office or as a vibrant accent in a neutral contemporary interior.
Afterglow is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork. Once sold, this exact painting will not be recreated.
Details: 30"W × 40"H • Acrylic on canvas • Original one-of-a-kind artwork • Hand-painted and signed by the artist • Stretched and ready to hang • No prints or reproductions • Certificate of Authenticity included
